Salmon Recipe


OVEN BAKED SALMON IN 15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup apricot preserves/jam

1 tbs grainy mustard

1 tbs Dijon mustard

1 tbs low sodium soy sauce

1 tbs lime juice

2 tsp ginger, grated

2 tsp garlic, grated

 Warm apricot preserves, mustard,

Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lime juice,

ginger and garlic in pan

 Put salmon on baking dish

 Brush salmon with mixture

 Baked for 8-10 minutes

 Enjoy

TIPS

*Lay salmon over sliced lemons to prevent from
sticking .
*The fresher the fish the firmer it will be
High heat at least 350° – 400°
Quick back no more than12 minutes
Can be eaten warm or at room temperature on a
salad.
